I was given an estimated completion date of February 19th, but the car was finished the 13th, so a better time frame would be appreciated. Aside from that, it was nice they finished early, and the service was better than my wildest dreams.

Tabitha is a breath of fresh air! Robert is a **** of fire getting more done in an hour than most people do al day. He took great care of us at drop off and pick up time. The car looks great! The work was done fast! Everything was fantastic!! Only one minor thing could have been better: Robert said he would call to let us know how everything looked after they got the car apart and we didn’t get that call. I am sure it was probably just an oversight, or that he was distracted by lining up the work to be done for us and we really didn’t need to know because Mister Car Wash was paying for the repairs. If I was in his shoes, I would have felt like that box was checked when I was done getting authorization from Mister Car Wash. Minor wrinkle in an otherwise 12 out of 10.

Bruce was awesome, he showed great customer service and always kept us updated throughout the process. It was also nice that we only dealt with one person and not passed around to different departmants.

Robert and the entire staff were wonderful to work with! He kept me informed of the status of the repairs and was so professional and helpful. Angie at Enterprise was also wonderful to work with and my entire experience was exceptional. Also, the ladies at the front desk were so kind and helpful as well.

Everything looked good the paint job was good the only thing i didnt like was the black plastic to step on looks different because it was only put on one side and it looks two different colors
