Only one complaint: my right turn signal is now manic! It beats at least in double time rhythm, if not triple time! Is there anything that can be done about this? I’m concerned about safety, i.e., cars behind not recognizing this as an indication of turning rather than something being wrong with the car.

Paul was.very professional and took his time explaining how the estimate and repair process works. I received daily text updates and then follow-up calls from Paul when my car repairs were near completion. Great communication all the way through.
Upon final inspection of the repairs, the work looked flawless, paint color matched perfectly and all work listed in the estimate was completed to my satisfaction. The interior of the car was detailed and spotless, which was an unexpected bonus.
I would definitely use ABRA again for body repair work and would recommend them to anyone in need of auto. body work and paint.

first the front desk was rude, forgot me on hold every time i called, then they send me a a voicemail telling me my car is ready, but it wasn’t, which just wasted my time, then i call to confirm it will be ready and the front desk asks how far away i am without even verifying if my car is ready and forgets me on hold, then my car is ready and they want me to pick it up during rush hour, so i go to pick it up only to find it still has damage not only from the accident but also from removing the parts roughly, wasted time again, and then have to deal with the car rental issue because they informed the rental company that the car was ready.. over all just a headache
