Great, fast service, and extremely friendly staff. The maintainer who repaired my car phone called me asking and detailing the services provided via voicemail.

Car was returned to me with electrical problems that were not there when taken in. That being said, the shop did take the car back and provided me with a rental car as it was being fixed.

Abra made my car look “better” than before the accident. I am absolutely satisfied. And I really like the constant updates via email telling me of my cars progress. I would recommend this place to anybody with confidence they will not dissappoint. ????????

All good but would have appreciated a receipt showing I paid since I had to get car after hours. I can get statement from credit card but not quite the same.

Car was fixed in a very timely manor. They did a beautiful job. They kept me informed on the status of the repairs. They went over the repairs with me when I arrived to pick up the car. The car was cleaned beautifully when it was returned to me. I was very pleased overall.

I wanted a dent to be fixed which was not a part of the accident. I ckearly. Told the man when I dropped off the car but he told the people there that I didn’t want it done. I was very clear. He obviously was not paying attention. Otherwise the work appears well done & the customer service was friendly & professional.

We felt like family instead of just customer’s being welcomed and taken care of, after our scary experience of an accident with two of our grandkids and our daughter involved, the treatment we received eased our minds knowing we could focus on our family and not have to worry about or vehicle being taken care of.
