I asked multiple times to have the height control on my lexus checked. I was assured multiple times that it would be done. I asked the girl at the front desk when I picked it up if it had been done. I was assured that it "probably had". I went out to the vehicle and it was apparent that it had not been repaired. I keep receiving texts thanking me for my business and now this. I don't even have my rig back.

Amazing service. Everyone was super professional. I appreciated getting the updates throughout the week that my car was there. And when I picked up my car the entire inside had been detailed. And not just a simple once over, it was very thorough. I will highly recommend Fix Auto in Gresham to everyone I know. Thanks!

There is a little sealant seeping out. Same problem I had at the Fix It auto on 86 th and Stark the last time the bumper was replaced.

May want to change rental car agencies. We asked for a vehicle with leg room and non smoking and received neither and they did not care.

I noticed a chip in my windshield that was not present when I dropped it off. I am concerned that something hit my car while in the care of FIX. However, the service staff were very nice to talk with. I really liked the text message updates. And I am very pleased with the repair job!
