Ian keep me up to date with what was going on with my truck and when it would or would not be ready for pickup. He did a great job with all communication keeping me updated everyday. If I had to rate Service King from ****-10 They and Ian get a 10! They even had my truck vacuumed and washed when I picked it up! Repairs took considerably longer than expected, including several days of additional delays when we had been told the car would be done. When we finally got the car back, we immediately discovered paint issues and a missing trim component which require a return visit and additional time without the car in order to have the issues addressed.

The attention taken to detail my car and have it looking pristine upon picking it up was appreciated; However, the "Screaming Paint Chip/ Flaking" on the right rear door molding makes me think you guys didn't bother to critique and evaluate your work. You had my car for 2-****/2 additional days and now you're expecting me to come in on my time off because you can't do the job RIGHT THE FIRST TIME!!! If you can't tell I'm PISSED OFF!!!

Jackie was great. The only thing that I found a little disappointing was my tire light has been on which I forgot to mention I was hoping that while that car was in the shop and they would doing these repairs and I'm sure my car was turned on at one point that they would have noticed this and maybe didn't adjustment on the tires. However all in all I was very happy with Jackie and the service I got
