They failed to repair the very part of the car that I took it in to have fixed. There was an apparent miscommunication on your part and perhaps partly on mine too. Nonetheless the clerk there should have known that I would not have wanted part of the damage not repaired. I am very dissatisfied but The local staff are doing their best to fairly negotiate a complete repair. I'm still not satisfied.

When my wife got her murano there was a big crack on the windshield and the receptionist don’t even know what happened and she was the one who drove it from the garage to the parking lot after she let my wife sign the paper and gave her the key and told my wife she don’t even see it a big crack like that is easily visible my wife had no choice but to it home and cancel all weekend activities need to hear from service king soon ty
