I was completely satisfied, however I do wish my car was cleaner when I picked it up. There was grease inside, black marks on paint, and carpet was dirty. I had my car detailed the same day I dropped it off and I assumed it would be returned in the same condition.

There was tar on the seats of my vehicle when I got it back. This was fixed after I pointed it out, but affected my experience negatively. Everything else was great.

I was treated respectfully & politely. The car looked good & was glad you all found the other areas that were damaged. The only suggestion I have is that I was told I would be called re: readiness of car, but both days no one did. That part needs to be improved. Thanks for your service. Margaret M
