CollisionMax, an Abra Company - Glassboro

After I picked up my car from Collisionmax I noticed that my change from my change holder was mostly gone. I left the car with about 10-15 dollars of change in the cup holder. When picked up there was about 25 cents in pennies and some bobby pins and some wrappers left. Upon further investigation the compartment beneath the cup holder had been rummaged through but nothing removed. Considering the damage to my vehicle was rear bumper damage, there was no reason to go through the inside or remove any change. I called and spoke with the lady at the front desk to voice my concern. Not because I wanted my money back but for principle. Her response was "well we tell you to remove all valuables from the vehicle before you leave it." My question was why because you might take it? I called to speak to the manager twice before he finally called me back and said there was a misunderstanding. He said they removed the change to put in a baggie but never put it back in. I do t believe this for a second. If they did that why leave some change and wrappers and hair pins? I think he tried to give me some change to appease me. I wouldn't have taken my car there if Liberty Mutual didn't make me, basically, and this is why. I have contacted Liberty Mutual and expressed my concern. While the repair was done well I am disappointed that an employee would take my change. Inexcusable.

Everything was quick and simple when dropping off my car for repairs. As it was in the shop, I was constantly getting updates until it was finished. The pick-up process was also quick.

I'm totally happy wih my ClllisonMax car repair experience. My CR-V never looked better and all the work was done right. I dropped it off on a Tuesday and picks it up 8 days later on Wednesday. They reassured me with text messages every step of the was so I knew not to worry about a thing. They even set everything with the car rental. My rental was waiting for me there and I dropped it off there when I picked my car up.

They did great work and fixed my car in a timely manner.
