David Holloway went beyond the call of duty! He was superb and extremely professional in every service aspect, from in-taking my vehicle, updating me on my cars status throughout the repair cycle to final pick-up. He was accurate, clear, and demonstrated depth and intelligence (subject matter expertise) when providing answers to my questions. His temperament never wavered, always upbeat and level-headed. He simply outperformed and was ahead of the curve at every step. In my long career, I've been exposed to hundreds of business operations. I can honestly say this ranked soup to nuts as the best customer service experience ever! Collision Max and ABRA run a well oiled machine and alot of credit must be extended to David the general manager. Each coordinating interaction between Collision Max and its strategic partners were seamlessly executed from GEICOs' Adjuster Stuart and Enterprises' Patrick, both deserve credit for there appreciated contributions.
