The work that was done was great. I especially liked the customer service. Everyone was so nice and helpful and the text messages during every step of the way were fantastic. Totally put me at ease. I knew I picked the right place.

Collission max did a great job,

I came in with an Mitsubishi Eclipse with major damage to the quarter panel and various other minor damage to the driver side of the car. I was told that my vehicle was suppose to be in the shop for roughly around 14 days. To be completely honest the experience was overall satisfying and completely professional. The representative from collision max, I believe her name was Amanda was very professional. She was sending me updates throughly the time frame that my vehicle was in the shop. It actually took shorter than the recommended time. It was in the shop for one week. When I went to pick up my vehicle, CollisionMax did a detail cleaning of my vehicle. When I was transferring my belongings from the rental vehicle I was given back to my personal vehicle I notice that my driver-side back tire was flat. I went back in to tell another representative from CollisionMax that what was going on and the nice lady told me to pull my vehicle into their shop so they can check out the tire. One of their body shop technician took my tire off and check to see if there were any nails in the tire. When they realize there was no nail in the tire they put the correct amount of air in the tire. Overall, I would recommend this body shop to anyone because ultimately there were efficient with the work. Overall my vehicle look as good as it did when I purchase it brand new. If a score was needed I would give it a 100. Professional employees and professional work.

I appreciated the real-time updates on my vehicle, it made me feel as though i was being kept in the loop of what was happening. When my Jeep had been returned, it was a pleasant surprise to see that it had been washed and vacuumed before being returned to me. Overall, i had a very pleasant experience.

Car returned damaged Fender misaligned, cowl trim damaged and not installed Deep pry gouges in driver headlamp, needs to be replaced Fender chipped due to pry bar marks. Vehicle washed, when told not to to three people included voicemail. Significant swirls added and ceramic coating damaged, shop responsible for cost to polish and replace.
