This ream went above and beyond with an amazing customer focus that was extremely appreciated!!! knowing I had to get a rental and also needed to get to a drs appt which was impressive and could not be rescheduled they actually had one of their team membrrs drive me to Hertz (which is a horrible company and I will tell everyone including the insurance company that I will not deal withHertz!!) because Hertz didn't have anyone to get me to tgeir shop. Then the team member Tom actually checked to see if I was able to get the rental I was promised but Hertz lied snd it wasn't there so then Tom actually took me yo Enterprise. In the meantime Sue was there helping behind the scenes.and being amazing as well!!!! And finally I cannot thank John enough either for his help in explaining everything so easily to me even when I thought I could still drive the vehicle he was just do nice in helping me understand why it would be unsafe and unwise to do so. Sue, John and Tom are wonderful and because of thrm I will recommend Collison Max to anyone who needs thrir vehicle repaired!!!

I give Collision MAX a 10 out of 10. The personnel were very courteous at all times. The car was repared to my complete satisfaction. The job was completed after only a two day period. All repairs were carefully explained.

My overall experience was great. John was the ultimate professional. He takes his time and explains everything in detail and patiently answers any questions that you have, very knowledgeable. I explained to him that it would be nice if the truck was finished by Friday because I needed it for vacation. He said he would do his best and he delivered. I will definitely use this location again and recommend to all my friends and family. I also appreciated how clean the car was inside and out when I picked it up.

I found your service to be incompetent and unreliable. I would never recommend to anyone that they utilize collision max and do certainly intend to utilize social media to express my dissatisfaction. You have had my vehicle for 48 days, your representatives have attempted to provide me with disatisfactory service and repair in leu of my deductible your representatives have repeatedly caused and created additional damage to the vehicle not associated with the original need for repair. The point of impact code on the estimate was grossly incorrect and also the days required for repair grossly misrepresented. Should I suffer any injury during the use of this vehicle I have instructed that the first point of contact be collision max as I have no trust in the quality of the repair.

John was completely amazing throughout the whole process. He answered every question I had. He took a very stressful situation and made it very comfortable. I was very grateful for his kindness throughout the entire process I would completely recommend collisionmax to anybody who may need their services. Hopefully I will not need it in the future but if I do I will be a loyal customer.

Susan was very helpful and John who checked me in and kept in contact with me as to the progress went beyond what I expected. I am very happy with how my car looks and would highly recommend CollisionMax to my friends.

We are bringing the car back tomorrow. Visually the car looks great. But internally things weren't fixed. The check engine light is still on the power train wrench light is still on as well.

The staff was amazing and friendly from the moment I walked in. They were able to keep me informed about my vehicle every step of the way. Everyone was extremely professional and detailed and it reflected in the work that was done on my vehicle. It looks amazing! Job well done!
