Or 2016 Kia Rio needed repairs done after my car accident and collisionmax returned our car not only looking brand new but the car was completed three days prior to the estimated finish time! The people that I spoke to was really nice and helped me and my boyfriend as quickly as possible! Overall, they were just extremely nice and quick with everything! I would recommend anyone to go here and out of a scale of ****-10, it would definitely be around a 20! Thank you so much for dealing with us during our frantic time!

i was satified with getting my car repaired at a reputable business but i felt my car took longer than it should have. I liked having the first 2 days of updated by text but then after that i recieved no more updates and heard from no one until i had to call after a k later. I was promised that someone would call me back but i never recieved the call back. i called again the next day and i was told my car would be ready because my bumper just came in, that raised an alarm because i didnt need a bumper,finally i was yold my car is ready but for me to wait for a call and ignore the text up dates left me feeling uncomfortable. finally the next afternoon i was told to pick up my car. i must say i am pleased with the repair but if i sh it would have been done by the 3 days guy angellerra had promised, and updates about the status of why it took so long, and a clear understanding of what was going on. i have used the pennsauken branch and i like that service better, i delt with a guy name dave and i felt i could trust him and he was honest about my repairs.

Thank you to Pat (my adjuster) for taking such great care of my needs. The insurance company had misquoted my deductible and I had called them to verify and they spoke to Pat on the phone verifying the correct amount. I was very impressed that Pat remembered and made sure the final bill was correct and I wasn't overcharged. The service from day one was a great one. The technicians who worked on my car did a phenomenal job. I can't even tell I had a collision. My car was returned cleaner than how I dropped it off. Thank you for a job well done.

Took three times as long to complete the job as estimated and my car was returned filthy. The GM did apologize and cleaned up my car but I did lose another day st work. Jim Meyers
