Several years ago, the back end of my vehicle was severely damaged when a dump truck backed into it while parked. State Farm listed Collision Max as a preferred vendor, and I chose it primarily on the basis of convenience. When my front end was recently damaged in a collision with a deer, I asked State Farm to assign the claim to Collision Max. I think that repeat business says it all.
