All in all everything was great. I am a repeat customer (unfortunately) lol but the only thing I would say is that when the insurance adjuster takes a long time to come out to approve work that needs to be done, I wish there was a way that you could put pressure on them to come out faster. But I am satisfied with your company and Gerald was a real help. He is very professional and attentive.
