Jay and the folks at Fix Auto Interbay were excellent to work with. The repair on my car took about three weeks, and Jay gave me regular status updates. My car was ready by the estimated completion date, and I was very happy with the results. My car looks new again! Jay even noticed that I didn't have some cosmetic tape on a previous repair and just added it on there. Overall, I am very satisfied with Fix Auto Interbay. They did an excellent job!

Professional and efficient service. Loves the extra details like cleaning the car, assistance with the rental service, and communicating with the insurance company as well. More regular updates could have been useful but overall excellent service.

I felt valued and the service and repair were both quick and all the staff were very friendly. They were able to tint the glass, so I didn't have to get it done myself and I'm very appreciative for that. Thanks everyone!

The repairs were done in good amount of time. I was happy with the results of the repair when I got my car back. I appreciated the constant update through email on how the progress of my car was going. I like being kept in the loop.

I have never had to handle car problems on my own without my dad and you guys made it so easy and comfortable for me! I never felt like I was getting taken advantage of.
