I was not satisfied at all with the work at Chilton autobody. I had to come back two additional times because my car was not ready. They called me the first time to say my car was ready, and there was a drip in the paint. They called me the second time, and there was a small pit in the front fender. Finally on the third visit to Chilton, my car was ready.

When I came in for the estimate in early August I was told it would take 3 to 4 days. I told Chilton's in advance I would drop it off on the 17th of August, which I did. It took more than three weeks to get the van back. The reasons given were there was no estimate until September 5th. Yet the Geico office is in the same building, and I was there when the initial estimate was made. I was also there for the discussion with Chilton reps when the estimate was done in August. The reason for the delay is totally unwarranted, and false. You guys just plain dropped the ****, and failed to do anything about it until you were pushed, leaving me without my vehicle, and no knowledge of when I would get it back. I cannot, in good conscience, recommend your company to anyone.
