This is my third visit to Chilton in the past 6 years. Your staff, especially Suzy, made me feel like family. I love the text messages that kept me informed of everything going on. I appreciate the fact that you allow Enterprise to have a space in your location. This makes getting a car effortless. I will ALWAYS USE Chilton for my autobody needs. It was an awesome experience. Everyone caters to the customer at Chilton! Keep it up!

Not only you have a website showing in what stage the work on my car is, you kept me abreast of target completion date and time; in addition, I was informed by phone call fior the actual completion time and the handover process when I go to pick up my car. You have far exceeded my expectations. Grade for your service would be 110% in the scale of 100% as being perfect!

Chilton has had the car for over a month and while they had no control over the delay on parts from Toyota, they certainly had control over how the car was delivered to us after waiting weeks for it to be regurned. It was dirty and sticky and had garbage still in it from the thieves who stole it. We were promised the car would be detailed and the cigarette smell would be eliminated. Instead, they Hung an air fresher from the rearview mirror and gAve ys dirty ipholstzry and carpet. Ow it needs to go back. So NOT acceptable. Julie
