I was promised my car will be ready Thursday at 3 or 4. That didn't happen. Then I was promised Friday at 3 or 4 but I waited until 5:35 before I received my car. I was upset and my call was not returned when checking up on the status of my car. I will be contacting Geico about my experience.

Since I first reported the accidente, I was well informed of every step to follow. People at Gaico scheduled the appointment with Chilton and the reservation for a rental car which I fell in love with. I am still surprised that Chilton repaired the damages in only three days. Very good job! Chilton even repaired damage beyond what was exspected. Plus the work was finihed 3 to 4 times faster than other auto body shops. The staff was very friendly and I thought for sure I didn't have the requirements to rent a car from them, but, within minutes I was in a rental car driving away.
