Chilton was awesome - not only did they handle my repairs seamlessly and flawlessly, the team there went above and beyond in every way to ensure my needs were met. There was not a single interaction that was anything but perfect, and they got my car back to me more than a week before the estimated date! I won’t ever go anywhere else for my auto repair needs for certain!!

It took me more than 3 weeks to get Chilton's to respond to my truck request. I had to consistently call and then I ended up waiting for an addition week before Chilton's could take my truck.

I really appreciated your constant updates on the progress of the repair which was perfect. Everyone from the insurance adjuster to the car rental folks to the receptionist, Sara (I think her name is), were so customer focused and provided excellent service. It was really refreshing I must say. Thank you, Chilton autobody and keep up the good work!

High level of customer service starting with Suzee who greets you with a big smile and helpful attitude. Really appreciate the cooperation between Geico Chilton and Enterprise to get my repairs scheduleded, and get me out the door so that I could get back to work; all were very efficient. Everyone is very responsive and returned my emails and calls right away. The process was efficient and they even finished my car a week early. Al from Chilton called to tell me the car was finished and he was very pleasant on the phone. I give them an excellent rating and would refer a Chilton to friends and family.
