I like the way the outside of my car looks. I was disappointed that the interior of my car was not clean. I was also disappointed that I had to initiate all of the communication, even though I was sent a text message that stated I would be recieving text updates on the progress of my car. I enjoyed everyone I interfaced with. You have a great staff.

You folks are really terrific. From Suzie at the office to the guys that fixed the car to the incredible help with Enterprise and Erika I could. Or have had a better experience. Every step of the way you were super professional but also prompt and friendly. If I had to go Thru the trouble of a small accident at the least you made it as painless as possible! Thank you. Fantastic spot.

Car looks great. Took a bit longer than originally projected. I do wonder what happened to some of my butterfly decorations that were inside the car. Some are missing.

Their communication was horrible. My car was completed a week late. When I called for status, the phone would go to voice mail and they would not call back. When I arrived to pick up my car, the clerk would not acknowledge that I was standing there and waiting for help. It was a very frustrating experience.
