Larry was great to work with, everyone was very friendly and provided great customer service. Work was completed in a timely fashion and with fantastic results. Will definately be coming back here if ever a need for repairs in the future and will be recommending to friends amd family!

The hood, front bumper, and side fenders are now in a worse state then when you received the vehicle. I'm appalled at the result to the point of wishing it was never sent to your establishment. Sean Drank of McCUE Chevy will be notified tomorrow and see the result himself.

Personal phone messages did not match text message completion dates. Frustrating. Turns out text were wrong. Car ready as promised by Lou (?). Day earlier than text. Also. No answer to my response to incorrect text. FYI, Car looks nice.

The folks at Fix Auto - Fox Valley not only perform high-quality repairs, but they also offer high-quality customer service. The repairs made on my truck were not even noticeable. The quality of the workmanship rivals that of an OEM build. The customer service provided was not overlooked either. These guys are truly professionals; not just some auto body mechanics with a front desk. They offer you complimentary food and beverages and are more than willing to answer any questions you may have; no matter how foolish they may seem to you. They also call and text you periodically with updates on your vehicles stays so you're not in the dark. Alan was very diligent in ensuring I knew what was happening with my truck. I would encourage anyone needing work done on their vehicle to give Fix Auto - Fox Valery a shot. You won't be disappointed!

We greatly appreciate the great communication and texts about the progress on my vehicle. Whenever I called, the customer service was amazing and everyone was very polite. My vehicle was cleaner than when it was brought in and we even got a little popcorn treat! Thank you so much for giving me back my vehicle, good as new!
