When I picked up my vehicle the young man cleaned my new bumper that I thought was acratched. He spent time making sure I was ok with the job by cleaning up the spots on it.

Receptionist Peachy was very professional and friendly, set me up with A great advisor Jay who made sure I had a ride home and then after completion, arrangements were made to drop off my car so I could go to work. Juan the Driver was very nice and professional. Thank you team ! My car looks great and I will make referrals to friends .

The car looked great when I got it back. What I was most impressed with was the communication. I was updated throughout the process and everything that was going to be done to my car was explained to me.

Fantastic service and all the people at Service King Santee were so friendly and funny people and fun to talk to. They always kept me informed every step of the way! If I had other body repairs I would definetly return to them. They were awesome!!!

The only problem I had was when I scheduled the apt. it seemed the company was going to coordinate the rental car and when I went over there the company didn't have a reservation or the insurance information and I couldn't get in touch with my adjuster immediately. I felt pretty stranded.
