Your secretary should NOT have contacted me that my car was ready when y'all still did not have insurance conformation. She should have had some sort of a clue about what is going on but apparently is more worried about other issues than customer satisfaction. I was happy with the work done but will not come back and will not recommend your business to anyone. No need to contact me.
