I have never had a car accident before and have heard horror stories from others about their experiences dealing with insurance companies and getting their vehicles fixed. I cannot say enough about my experience with GEICO and Classic Collision. You all were so nice and the whole process was very positive. I will be more than happy to recommend Classic Collision to everyone I know. Thank you all so much. My car looks like I just drove it off the showroom floor.

CUSTOMER SERVICE NEEDS WORK. Woman at the front desk (Jody? NOT the lady with the really short hair) was really rude. Your hours and pick-up policies are ridiculous- how am I supposed to pick up my car when I work during the entirety of your business hours? Super inflexible. I even made several suggestion on when I could get my car (all of which meant changing MY schedule and missing work) and I was told “yeah that’s out of the question.” No one was willing to work with me on scheduling.

Took way to long to repair also still have to bring car back for more details and my battery was burn out u had my car for 3weeks not good!
