Done earlier than expected, the repair looks beautiful along with the detail; my paint looks like glass, it's distracting! Everyone was super friendly fo work with and not intimidating. I'll always be going to Chaffey now

The alignment is a little off and the steering wheel isn't straight it pulls a bit to the right . Other than that everything is great. The people were fantastic.

My wife claims that when she took the car in to be inspected and to have pictures taken the service advisor was cold and dismissive. When I picked up the car again the advisor was not caring. He asked me if I had looked at the vehicle which was parked outside, I said yes. So he did not bother to walk outside with me around the car to make sure I was completely satisfied. He did not seem to care.

I can only say good things about Chaffey auto.. My vehicle was ready before the scheduled date... All the guys were nice, friendly and great workers. I really liked working with Jason and Gary. I would definitely recommend this shop to family and friends.

White mark as well as white paint and a crack on brand new BLACK OEM bumper. As well as marks on the inside of the driver door that were not there previous to dropping the car off.

Need to address small indentation in interior door panel. Also, passenger front wheel was not polished on arrival. Team quickly polished for me but could not address small scratch on wheel. Please call on Monday to address gaps. ****-****-xxxx.

The customer service was good. however, I would have liked to know ahead of time that the paint on the bumper wouldn't match the paint on the rear. I was kind of let down to find that out when i picked up the car. had I have known ahead of time i wouldn't have had expectations that my 7 month old car would look brand new again. the work done is beautiful, but the paint not going to match was a surprise to me. I should have been told that ahead of time.
