Black sticky substance on my glove box . Looks like from windshield replacement or from door when putting back together. Almost all off,scrubbed it for awhile.

The final job was quite well done. One would never know that I had been rear-ended. My only problem was that the completion date was changed twice, and both times I had to call to find out when the work was going to be finished. The e-mails and texts that I received didn't tell me much. Aside from that, I was satisfied with the work. Thank you.

I was happy with my experience at Chaffey and highly recommend your body shop. My only suggestion is that you be more clear as to your completion time. I had understood that the repairs would be completed by Wednesday morning, whereas it was late afternoon that they were completed. But in any case you did a fine job. Thank you.
