All in all I was completely satisfied with the service and with the customer service Representatives that helped me. They checked all the repair and we did a walk around and they kept reminding me that my service would be lifetime. The part I realized when I got home is that the key no longer opens the front door. I will need to take the car back to the shop next week so that they can make any necessary adjustments or repair. That is the only reason I said no. I hope to be able to update this to a yes after I get the handle fixed rather the key lock.

Omar Diaz was very knowledgeable in dealing with the insurance companies. He assured me that I wouldn't have a problem with my insurance company in repairing my car there. He was absolutely correct. It was a complete pleasure dealing with Omar and Service King Collision Repair Center. The work on my car was exceptional. I would definitely recommend Service King to others.

I signed a work schedule contract and based on the time line it should have been done 5 days earlier then when I picked it up. I was told it was on track the entire time until the day before I was scheduled to pick it up and was informed that parts were in back order. Then when told my vehicle would be finished it was again postponed for 2 hours. Yes the repairs where done and all looks great however I would have liked to been informed that my vehicle would have been postponed an entire week. I have family that works in the industry of parts and distribution and was informed that upon the ordering of my parts that if they were indeed on back order, you would have been informed at the time of the order itself.
