Estimated 5 day repair took a month and I picked it up not completely fixed. That is frustrating. My windshield had a crack and I have a dent and my expectation of detail must of been above your standard. The staff I have dealt with where very kind and professional. I did appreciate your staff coming on Saturday for me to pick up my vehicle. I also appreciate Brad putting up with all my calls to check on my vehicle and to extend my rental.

My car will not start in park I have to put it in neutral just to start it. My car will not go in reverse and it goes into sport mode when I put it in drive. I am not sure how this wasn’t caught when doing the test drive. Now I have no car since y’all are closed on weekends!
