I appreciated the constant updates regarding the progress of repairs. I also appreciated the courtesy of Danica any time I called. She was extremely helpful getting things taken care of for my 18 year old daughter who was new to the Lubbock area. We reside in kerrville, but are thinking of bringing our other vehicles to paceline to have repairs completed.

Rick Manning was my contact and did a excellent job taking care of me and my truck. My back windshield was broken out at 4:30 pm on Thursday and I got to your office at 5. Rick stayed late and sealed up my back glass with collision wrap until about 6 and even had your detail man stay late and vacuum out all of the broken glass out of the back bed and back interior of my truck so no one would get cut and my seats would not be damaged. He went above the call of duty and was excellent to work with. They had my new windshield installed on Tuesday and did it in one day and detailed my truck before getting it back to me. I hope all of your employees show the expertise and dedication of Rick, and if they do you are to be commended. Total satisfaction . Thank you, Dean T
