The area that was repainted as part of our repair has several fish eyes and the rubber trim has a significant amount of overspray. This was not the level of quality I expected.

Great people to work with from the first phone call to the first walk through the front door at the office. Very conscientious about every step of the process. The galat the front desk (can’t remember her name) but very prepared and knowledgeable from insurance to car rental, which made it an easy and quick process. Johnny was beyond helpful and really cared about my experience with First Choice and the finished product repairing my vehicle, which was perfectly repaired. Very positive experience. Thank you for going above and beyond.

Such friendly and caring people work there! I didn’t get the name of the woman at the front desk, but I would like to compliment her, Johnie and Curtis for their commitment to excellent customer service. Also had a bit of trouble with overheating on my way home an Eric and the machanic that they sent to my house also get a big thank you from me! Hope I never have to utilize your service again, but if I do I know I will be just as pleased! One more thing! My car looked incredible when I received it back! Please thank the detailer also please!

The one downside is the repairs were not completed when they thought and so we now have to take the repaired car up to my daughter who is in college up at University of Idaho so that made it a little bit more difficult to figure that out but other than that the car looks great they cleaned it it looks wonderful and all is well
