Repair time was too long! I now have to pay out of pocket car rental because wrong car bumper was ordered and they tried to make it fit and they cracked it. Will not recommend to anyone.

My car was in the shop for over a month. Beginning 11/9 I started getting notifications leading me to believe the vehicle would be ready for pick up on or around 11/11. When I followed up, was told they were finishing up suspension and then working on bumper and paint. Estimated completion date was 11/18. The following week I called for updates and was told paint guy was out for 4 days, wrong parts were ordered they weren't done with suspension and car still needed to be sent for an alignment. Didn't get my car back until 12/6. Kevin at the shop was very understanding and patient with answering all my questions and apologized for all the delays so I am very satisfied with him. I understand glitches happen but still feel there was no excuse for taking this long.
