About the only issue for me was being told repair time would be 3 days but turned out it was 4 days. I understand there were other problems found but there was no clear message about that.
That being said, your crew was very good. The car is in excellent condition. I'm glad we chose your organization to make the repairs.

Everything was great until I picked up repaired vechicle to discover work was not complete. I notified my service contact and He indicated they will order parts needed to rectify issue. But Service King had my car over a week and I was disappointed ****). That they tried to pass an imperfect repair on me. 2) that now I will have to return when parts come in. An original assessment should have determined those pieces were needed, originally. I would have to assume that this was an attempt to save Allstate money. Not pleased. Other than this the communication and politeness of my service representative pleased me. I would give high marks in this area but low marks for delivering a car that was NOT repaired 100%.
