I am so NOT happy. I had a car that had a working trunk before my accident. I get hit in the rear bumper and my trunk won’t open and I get codes that my convertible top is not working. So you cosmetically fix my bumper and tell me when Pontiac can prove my trunk issue is related to the accident you may fix it. So I have a “pretty” car again BUT I CANT OPEN MY TRUNK. That’s not repairing my car after an accident. Noe I have to take it in AGAIN BUT THIS TIME I HAVE NO RENTAL. Allstate and your company dropped the **** on this one. Not happy at all

The service king advisor at shorewood that I dealt with was James, he always kept me informed of all the transition of my vehicle .When problems arose he kept me informed of it, even when I picked the car up and he took care of it quickly James did a excellent job I'm very happy with everything that service king did from start to finish thank you especially to James

Don't get me wrong, the customer service was great! They were friendly and kept me updated on the things that were going on with my car. After I received my car, I noticed that it whistled the whole time it was running (which has never happened before). Also, I could not change the heat from being on defrost because it would fog up my windows (which has also never happened before). If my car didn't have those issues I would definitely say I was completely satisfied.

I am very pleased at this moment with the work done on my van. The girl at the front desk was pleasant, the text updates were a plus and very helpful! And my van was delivered cleaner than when I dropped it off! My only complaint was the GM Brian- he seemed very unhappy in his job. He was the person that dealt with us from the beginning and, honestly, almost made us leave. He was very short and rude. He didn’t explain anything. I had questions and he made me seem stupid for asking them. I am very happy everything else went well to make me give a good review.
