As compared with my last dealing with an auto body shop, you were quick and efficient. I was especially impressed in the way you washed, vacuumed and even dressed the tires. I liked the coordination with the Enterpise Car Rental company. USAA was right on the money in recommending you. My whole experience was seamless.

This is my second repair at Collision Craft and I was very pleased both times. Service is friendly, prompt and I love the updates! Each time you did what you said you were going to do and I couldn't be happier that you were done when you said you would. I like that you preorder parts speeding up the process. I like that you have relationships with both insurance companies I used. Your proactive stance on customer service and great work is what really makes me recommend you to everyone I know and will bring me back should I need body work again.
