I wish I had checked on your credit card policy first. If credit cards choices are a big deal, offer me a cash discount. I was surprised that I waited a week without a follow up call before I called to see about following up with the estimate.

Everyone that helped us was wonderful. Our car repair was completed ahead of schedule and below the estimate. We were notified all along the repair process. I would recommend Murray's Carstar Collision to everyone. Our mechanic at Quality Auto and Electric in Des Moines suggested Murray's and I am glad they did. the repair went well. Lisa and Bryan were very customer oriented and made the experience painless. they kept me informed during the whole process so there were no surprises. there was a back ordered part since the first one shipped was not acceptable. they handled this little bump in the road very well. This experience was surprisingly exquisite. From statefarm referring me to Murray's to meeting all the smiling, well mannered, educated staff. The thorough and enthusiastic reception team made all transaction worry free. Every paint technician I came across made me feel the pride they take in their work. Huge kudos to Mike the estimate guru and Brit the smile machine. Awesome experience.
