Car was returned with paint on inside of door and window, rear passenger tire is still deflating despite assurance it would be checked and it was late despite texts, emails, and voice mail indicating it was on time up to the day of pickup according to the previous mentioned correspondence.

The team at 3D repaired my car in about ****.5 weeks, and updated me as to the progress probably 3-5 times along the way. Each time I received an update, the 3D representative was very professional and polite, and was able to answer my questions. Everyone was very knowledgeable. I have always been pleased with the work and the employees and this time was no different. I will continue to refer people to you. Thank you!

The team made my whole experience extremely easy, especially since I was coming in with my 5 month old car :( Within 10 minutes of filing my claim, I had my estimate scheduled and my car rental reserved by their great customer staff. 3D made sure I was constantly updated on my cars progress through email and phone calls. Pickup was smooth and they even cleaned up my tires/rims, vacuumed my front rugs and topped off my tank. Fantastic service.

3-D is very professional. They called me every single day to leave a message with a status update along with sending me emails. I have never seen that from another shop. Phil and the entire staff are very professional, and my car looks beautiful.
