Everything was completed as it was suppose to be. The car was cleaned and washed and in better shape than I sent it to them. I was totally blown away by the warranty!

The team was excellent. I received updates that let me know where my car was at in the repair process, which I thought was fantastic. The photos uploaded to my Geico account let me see exactly what needed to be repaired. The car was fixed and ready for pickup before the original stated time, which was wonderful! And the fact that the inside was cleaned/detailed was like icing on the cake! You truly provided excellent customer service. Thank you to everyone who had a hand in the process! I will definitely recommend your shop to all my friends, family, co-workers, etc.

Your overall approach to business and the focus of the entire team on customer satisfaction and quality is a welcome experience. Communications is a key in meeting expectations and the regular and consistent updates, even if it was explaining a delay, was welcomed and appreciated.
