I had thought there might have been an issue with the work done, and said that I would be coming back to 3D. I was pleased that Joe called when I did not show at the time I had said I would be there to make sure everything was okay.

The repair is small. Using an after market bumper cover wasted everybody's time. I was expecting Honda's parts, as they are to the appropriate specification. Once Honda's original part (bumper cover) is used we have reached an acceptable level of fitting. I really appreciate the time and effort invested by the team to fix the issue to the satisfaction of the customer. I feel, a good fitting is done. But, not to the excellent level. I would recommend to any of my colleagues basing on the effort put forth by the team to meet the expectation of customer. Thanks
