Even though my Cobalt was a total loss, I appreciate your fast and efficient service in evaluating the damage and taking care of insurance matters. Liberty Mutual was impressed at the timeliness of your work in reporting the loss. Because of that, I'm very close to receiving my settlement check. I hope that this is the last collision for me, but if the unfortunate should happen again, your company will be my choice once again because I have never had anything but positive experiences with the Kevin **** Auto team and that's why I have referred family and friends to your company. Thought exterior detailing was poor. There were a couple places that were pointed out at pick up that I was told they couldn't buff out. I licked finger and got smudges out.... The rear bumper has some kind of black spray residue on the chrome. Maybe my expectations were too high but I've seen somef work that you have done and that's why my expectations were what they were. This was not an insurance job, I paid a lot of hard earned money for this...

I am very pleased at the timely fashion in which my Ford Crown Victoria was repaired and was pleasantly surprised on the detail job that was not expected. I am not so worried any more about auto body work knowing there is such a great company as Kevin ****! It is so nice to know there is still exceptional service in today's world. Thank you from the bottom of my single mom heart....;)
