Went to pick up car. Went in and no one took me to the car instead I was handed the paper work and the lady Jessica said did you see your car I said it's parked by the door she stated pay $250.00 and than she gave me the key. No one walked me thru the pick up of the car to examine the work to see if I was pleased with the repair. This was very unprofessional and apparently no one goes the extra mile for customer service, at your shop.
