They made certain I was as comfortable with the process as anyone could be in a situation where my (parked) vehicle was hit by an unremorseful driver! Please make certain these individuals are appropriately acknowledged! Lastly, the text messages were very helpful in keeping me up to date on the repairs. Honestly, I've never had such wonderful experiences in such a horrible circumstance as I have with classic collision in general. It was a very good experience, good service and done on time. Start to finish. I was only slightly disappointed as there was black wax or grease on my seats, I cleaned it and I was told they would buff my headlights out and that did not happen. We have referred our concerns to our Geico adjuster. We noticed the alignment was not done correctly. It pulls to the left. There is a squeaking sound on the right side when driving. And there is grinding/rubbing sound when turning left. The air conditioning isn't cooling properly. There is a smell that smells like something is hot. Cannot express how frustrated I am. Utterly disappointed and disgusted that after you've had my car for a month, that this is what is returned to me. Erin has been great with the twists and turns we've had, the body work looks good so far, but the repair work is not acceptable. Do not feel safe in it
