I was kept updated on the progress of my repairs and once the date changed I was informed and I actually got my car on the exact day you said it was going going I was going to get it back . Customer service was outstanding and the staff was very polite . Bravo on a job well done

The car was not fully inspected before calling the customer. If there had been a person doing a quality check on the car, the customer would not have had to finish installing the door gaskets and bring the car back because of an apparent door mis-alignment. The car was taken care of after a return trip but with a QC check then it would have been right the first time.

The rear passenger tail light & turn signal do not work. The rubber stripping around the inside of the drivers side door is torn. The drivers side back seat door makes a popping when stopping. We will report this to our insurance company, as well.

I'm very impressed on how fast they fixed my car, they said one week, it only took two day, I was having fun, driving the rent acar,but I was cut short,but any your are owsome service king and your employees. Thank you all very much have a great day.
