Master craftsmen, efficient operation, courteous staff, and one-stop service from on-site GEICO claims adjuster to auto detailing prior to pick up is why I keep coming back to Gotham City Collision, and would recommend them to anyone in need of expert auto body repair. Shout out to Frank and Juan, and Dave, who gave me expert advice on needed repairs, and calmed what was initially a very stressful situation for me. I might add that the team met the estimated delivery date despite a major snow storm. I am thoroughly satisfied, and grateful for a job well done. Thank you Gotham City Collision!!

Frank said that he would try to make the car would look better than before the accident and he delivered. Car was repaired earlier than the estimate. I would trust the business again. It's comforting to have a dependable body shop.

Repair work performed were great. Gotham even made the effort to correct some workmanship issues found from a previous Geico authorized repair. It was only unfortunate that Geico did not honor their repair warranty and follow up corrections had to be written up as new repairs. Overall, very satisfied with Gotham’s customer service and repair workmanship.
