The entire experience was positive--considering the circumstances! The staff was very helpful, their greetings were pleasant and prompt, processes were efficient and accurate, they kept me informed through the entire process. Bob was prompt and clearly explained the process and time line. was the same. Waiting times were very brief -- I barely had time to sit down. I GIVE YOU ALL FIVE STARS!

When I picked up my vehicle a sensor light was on "VSA" warning light was displayed on the car dashboard. According to Jesse Perez, I need to take it to a Honda dealer to figure out was the light means because he doesn't know. When I contacted Hardin Honda. I was advised to bring ASAP because the VSA light means there is no traction on the vechicle. Extremely disappointed with the service.

Thank you so much for your kind and professional manner. I thank you for the continued updates on my car. Bob took his own time to drive me to Hertz when Hertz did not hold up their end of their deal. He waited at Hertz with me until I received my rental car. That is what I call service. Poor attention to detail. Paint on hood needs to be bugged to eliminate swirls. Bumper not sitting flush. Now I get to waste a day to bring car back for rework because it could not be done today.

I am still missing the plastic cover for the opening to the wires in the back hatch. Other than that I had an awesome experience and the customer service was great.

I am completely satisfied. It looks just like it did, if not better thsn when I drove it off Honda's lot! I was kept apprised of each stage my car was in & it was completed sooner than expected. All staff was extremely friendly & made me feel "Right at home!"

Everyone was professional, and I liked the phone calls and texts on updates on my car. I hope I never have to come back, but if I have to, I will definitely come back to Fix Auto! Thank you so much for everything ????
