From the time we were greeted by your office staff member Chris, at 8am without an appointment and after a very emotional hit and run accident my daughter and I were victims of over the weekend, we were treated incredibly well and with such compassion. Chris is amazing and we could not have been treated any better and with such professionalism. Please pass our sincere thanks to him as we missed him when we picked up our car. Everyone was helpful and polite from Chris at the front desk, to the shuttle driver who drove me home after dropping off my car. You have a good crew and an excellent repair people. I would highly recommend Fix Auto to all who need it.

The staff was always friendly, and I was updated on the progress on my car daily. I wasn't expecting to get my car back until Monday afternoon. I was pleasantly surprised to get the call on Friday that it was ready, and I could pick it up.
