Everyone was very professional and explained everything they did to repair my car when it was done. They also said that if I wanted to wash my car during the paint curing period I could take it over and they would wash it which was very nice.

If ever in my 61 years I've ever had a 100% positive experience with a business entity, Fix Auto is it. From the phone arrangements with the tow yard and my insurance company , to the reception desk where Justin and Lauren were the shining stars, to the lot and mechanical staff, EVERYONE was on top of their game. It was obvious they GENUINELY loved coming to work. ... to help people and 'make a difference'. They sure did! I couldn't have been more pleased! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

The staff at fix auto was very friendly and professional. As difficult as it is to deal with the fact that my vehicle had been damaged, the staff at fix auto made the process of getting my vehicle repaired pleasurable. Every employee made sure to go above and beyond the call of duty to make sure that any question I may have had was addressed quickly and professionally.
