i like the email update, however, whenever i called in for an update, it could be better answered by those who are answering the phone. your face to face service is excellent though. which is kind of funny since they are the same people for phone and face to face.

Love the staff at fix auto in Anaheim helped me very efficiently Justin was amazing with customer service kept me up to date every step off the way which was ver much appreciated went above and beyond to make sure I was well taken care of and very pleased overall will definitely recommend to friends and family ! They are amazing . :)

Your communication is amazing! Justin calling me all the time was consoling to me...getting hit in my brand new car was not fun, im glad you all had my car..it made my bad experience so much better! Justin and the GM that have me my car at the end were Epic..!!

Very fast and good work! The manager even touched up a little spot and made sure that I was happy with the work. I'll come back to this shop again if I need another repair work, and recommend this shop to anyone.

First if all the team from the Anahiem Fix auto was one of the best I have dealt with. My estimater Bill was very helpful, answered my million questions and went out of his way to accommidate me I explained to him how picky i was with how the finished product looked. He made sure the car was perfect as I couldn't find anything wrong with the finish. I will definatly be coming back in the future. Very professional team. Thank you for a job well done.

Fix Auto Anaheim is so professionally run I am amazed. The repair work looks to be excellent. The entire process was flawless, and they texted me updates that were timely, and accurate. I rate them a 10.
