They lost my rear license plate. I am very upset about the fact that they miss placed it or what ever happened. I am even more upset about the attitude of the general manager at the Corona facility. He seemed to think it was not any big deal his apology consisted of sorry about that. I had to insist on receiving something in writing that says they are going to pay for the costs that I incurre at DMV. It was not written on my receipt. Instead he wrote it on a sticky note and it to a business card. I do not find this attitude to be except a bowl in anyway.
