While my car was at fix, 2 big scratches were done on the back of my car. These 2 scratches were one of the deciding factors by State Farm not to replace the valance on the back of my car.

Made appointment for repair and was told vehicle would be ready by end of week. Dropped vehicle off with understanding it would be ready for pickup on Friday. Received call on Friday morning stating vehicle would be ready the following Tuesday. Due to out of town business trip, I had to extend my rental car by 2 weeks. Very disappointed with lack of communication.
