My experince was awesome ftom the time I first walked in the door. The staff was very courteous and Bill was amazing! He was very polite and professional. He kept me well informed on updates throughout the whole process. The repairs look great, my husband's Audio TT looks brand new again..

There is still a noise coming from the right side corner panel as if something is loose. The hood is not fully secure and vibrates on the highway.

I'm satisfied with my repair for my car. What I'm not satisfied with is the fact that my amp to my car speakers blew because whoever unplugged my speaker wires did not re plug them back up when they were finish working on my car. They also did not wrap the wires with any kind of tape so whoever started my car to move it cause my amp to blow because the positive and negative wires were touching.I know this because when I opened my truck to see why my speaker wasn't working I found my subwoofer wires stuffed under my sub touching. So now I have a blown amp which cost me $200.
